PODEGAR inserts need to be used inside clothing. They cannot be used by themselves.
STEP 1 / Wear the garment on your body. Tighten the garment if possible for best results.
STEP 2 / Stick the inserts onto the inside of your clothing item and not to your skin.
STEP 3 / Scoop breasts up and towards the center to create cleavage.
STEP 4 / While scooping, press the insert onto the breasts and press firmly to secure.
STEP 5 / Make sure both sides are even in the mirror, adjust if needed.

We generally recommend ordering one size down , or even 2 sizes down if you really want extra compression.
If you are looking for a standard compression fit and all-day comfort, order your usual size.
Tall women:
If you are taller, we recommend ordering one size down for a fitted waist, or one size up for comfort if you are 5'10" or taller.
Adjustable straps help a lot with sizing, so most taller girls choose their standard size.
Returns and exchanges
If your order is not suitable for you, you have 60 days to return or exchange it. Items must be in their original condition.
If your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect at any time within the first 60 days, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
